Sports Programs
CPTE offers a number of sports programs to athletes of all ages. Whether you are a weekend warrior, serious athlete, coach, or athletic parent, we have a program for you.
Our sports services include:
Free Injury Assessments
For those aches and pains that don’t seem to get better. Call any CPTE clinic and schedule a 30 minute injury assessment from a physical therapist or athletic trainer. They will tell you what the problem is and best action to take. If seeing a physician is recommended, the PT or ATC can recommend one to you. If physical therapy is recommended, they can help you get a referral and schedule you for a full evaluation. If you can take care of it yourself, they will educate you on how to treat the injury. It’s easy and quick, so don’t let those aches slow you down.

Sports Rehabilitation
We have sports injury specialists on staff (PTs, PTAs, ATCs) that can help you get back on your feet and playing again quickly. They are not only trained in the latest sports rehabilitation techniques, they also understand the unique characteristics of growth and development, as well as, male versus female athletes.
Sports Conditioning Programs
Offered both in-house and at various sports locations around the community. Our certified exercise specialists will design a sports specific conditioning program that maximizes your athletic skills and prepares you for the physical demands of sport. Our sports conditioning programs not only improve speed, agility, power, and core strength, they also reduce the risk of injury. You can train at CPTE’s Nashua Fitness Center or you can use the program on your own. In addition, CPTE runs a sports conditioning program called Performance Advantage that runs conditioning programs in the summer and winter.
