Patricia E. Wolber ms, pt

Chief Operations Officer

Patsy is a licensed physical therapist with over 30 years of experience in many areas of therapeutic care. Patsy manages the physical therapy programs and staff, as well as the athletic training and front desk staff. Prior to establishing CPTE, she served as the supervisor of an outpatient PT center. Patsy received her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Russell Sage College and her Master’s in Education from Rivier College. She has served as a state physical therapy examiner and has adjunct faculty positions at Rivier College and New Hampshire Community College. Her clinical expertise includes neck and back care, sports rehab, pediatric and infant care, and neuromuscular therapy.

Frederick S. Daniels MS, MBA, HFD

Chief Marketing Officer
Fitness Director

Fred is a certified health/fitness instructor and health/fitness director. Fred has a Masters in exercise science and an M.B.A. in Health Care Administration. In addition to managing the fitness programs, Fred also manages the marketing and business development, as well as the human resources and general facility management programs. Fred is past-president and active member of the Nashua West Rotary Club and a board member at St. Christopher School.

John W. Peterson pt, mtc, atc

VP of Clinical Services
Director of Athletic Training

A graduate of Northeastern University, John has been a licensed physical therapist since 1984. He provides CPTE with clinical expertise in sports related injuries, orthopedic physical therapy, and spinal stabilization. John is additionally certified in manual therapy (MTC). This highly specialized certication includes training in soft tissue and mobilization techniques used for treatment of injuries to the spine and extremities. John is 1 of only 420 physical therapists nationwide to hold this certification, and one of 8 in New Hampshire. John is the head athletic trainer for the NH Jr. Monarchs Hockey Club. He has over 15 years of experience in fitting custom knee braces. John is also a certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His expertise also includes graduate work in exercise physiology and maximizing athletic performance. John's wife is also a PT, and his daughter is currently attending PT school.

Dave Lawhorn pt, cscs

Clinic Manager-Nashua

Dave is a graduate of Franklin Pierce with a doctorate in physical therapy. He possesses strong manual skills and has extensive experience working with athletes. In addition, Dave is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Dave is a former professional world champion boxer and was a member of the US National boxing team.

Richard Rabito pt

Clinic Manager-Hudson

Rick has worked in the physcal therapy field for over 14 years. He started as a therapeutic massage therapist, then became a physical therapist aide, exercise physiologist and for the past 7 years Rick has been a physical therpist. In 1996 Rick received his degree in Massage Therapy from Northeast Institue of Whole Health. In 2002, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from Rivier College, and in 2005 Rick graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Rick's clinical expertise is in manual therapy, sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation. Outside the clinic, Rick enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, skiing, and boating.HUD

Kathryn B. Dionne PT

Senior Therapy Services/ Physical Therapist

Kathryn has been a part of the CPTE family since her early years... physical therpay runs in the family. Kathryn graduated from Saint Anselm College in May 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Biology. She went on to recieve her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in March 2012. Kathryn specializes in the treatment of Orthopaedic, Pediatric, and Women's Health issues. She has a post graduate certification in Pelvic Physical Therapy. While in college, Kathryn was a captain of her rugby team for three years and still enjoys the game to this day. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family, alpine skiing, and hiking.

Priyanka Parab PT

Physical Therapist

Priyanka graduated in 2011 with a Master of Physical Therapy from the Oakland University in Rochester, MI. Priyanka has specialized experience treating neurologic conditions, manual therapy for foot and ankle, and spinal mobilization. She also is certified in kinesiotaping, dry needling, and Graston. When out of the clinic Priyanka enjoys spending time with family.

Jessica Hopkins PT

Senior Therapy Services/ Physical Therapist

Jessica graduated Mangna Cum Laude in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Marymount University, and in 2016 with her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachussetts Lowell where she recieved the department of physical therapy clinical excellence award. Jessica has clinical experience with Catholic Medical Center Outpatient Rehab, and Southern New Hampshire Medial Center, among others. Jessica specializes in geriatric care.


Kevin Trombley PTA

Director of Senior Therapy Services

Kevin went to Hesser College in Manchester, NH and graduated in 2009 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Kevin is working towards his certification in Kinesio taping. He is also experienced in geriatric care, sports injury and rehab. You can usually find Kevin mixing in some entertainment and laughs during his treament. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending them with his family, playing soccer and being outdoors.

Julie Archambault pta

Julie graduated from River Valley Community College in 2009 with her Associates of Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She is experienced in manual therapy, sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation. She also has experience in geriatric care. Outside of the clinic, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, running, and reading.

Lisa Kopanski pta

Lisa graduated from Gordon College in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. After graduation she worked as a licensed nursing assistant and medical records coordinator before returning to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2014. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mount Washington College in 2016 and joins CPTE with interest in manual therapy, sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, and pediatrics. Lisa comes to CPTE with clinical experience from The Monarch School of NE, Merrimack Valley Physical Therapy, and Pinnacle Physical Therapy with a passion for helping others live a full life despite pain, injury, or disability.

Athletic Trainers

David Duncan atc

Head Athletic Trainer – Merrimack High School – Merrimack, NH

David is a graduate of Keene State University majoring in Physical Education and Sports Medicine. He manages the athletic training program at Merrimack High School as well as working in our Merrimack clinic. David also coordinates the sports conditioning for the athletes. David has extensive working in the rehab setting, as well as, caring for athletes at all levels of play including collegiate and professional sports.

Chris Driscoll ATC

Athletic Trainer - Alvirne High School - Hudson, NH

Christopher graduated from the University of New Hampshiere with a Bachelors degreee in Athletic Training. He manages the athletic training program at Alvirne High School and treats in our Hudson clinic. Chris has worked with the New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs hockey program and also for the UNH covering various summer camps for field hockey and volleyball. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and playing golf.

Practice Representative

Amy Elsass

Amy has been with CPTE for over 11 years as a receptionist and Office Manager. Her extensive knowledge of the therapy business and open and caring personality makes her the perfect fit for the role of Patient Advocate and Practice Representative. Amy takes the time to meet each patient and help them with any questions or issues. Her goal is to make the patient’s experience positive and stress-free.
