COVID-19 Essential Service Update

COVID-19 Essential Service Precautions

We Are Here to Support You

The health and safety of our patients is at the forefront of our practice and we are taking appropriate measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. We follow CDC, OSHA, and State guidelines to ensure our clinics practice proper sanitation and social distancing. As the situation continues to change, we constantly monitor and implement new procedures and guidelines in our clinics necessary to promote safety for patients, staff, and our community. We encourage everyone to stay vigilant and take proper precautions to maintain the health and well-being of themselves and their families.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
    • Our clinics remain open and continue to serve our patients and communities. We are taking precautions by following distancing guidelines and offering treatment times to minimize exposure while maximizing therapeutic benefits.

    • Our routine cleaning standards in the clinic meet CDC guidelines and adhere to all current and emerging precautions, protocols, and procedures enacted to maintain a safe and healthy low risk treatment environment. This includes, but is not limited to, employee education on appropriate sanitization methods, proper hand hygiene, and enforcing employees and patients to stay home when showing any symptoms of illness.

    • Screening Procedures: To protect everyone, we are taking extra precautions to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Therefore, we screen each patient at check-in and all employees are screened for symptoms prior to the start of, and throughout, the workday.
      • If you have a fever, cough, respiratory illness please contact your PCP or dial 211 for immediate medical assistance and monitoring of your condition. Call and let us know so we can help you.
      • If you live with or have been around someone with confirmed COVID 19 or may have come in contact with COVID-19, please call to discuss the best way to continue your care.

    • Visitor Policy: We are asking that patients not bring guests and family members to their appointment. Only escorts deemed necessary to the patient’s care and well-being are permitted to enter our clinics, and all escorts will be screened.

      • All people entering the clinic are to sanitize hands or wash hands.
      • Face masks/coverings are required as per CDC and State guidelines.
      • Maintain social distance from other patients.
      • If you arrive early for your appointment, we request that you remain in your car until your appointment time.
      • No business visitors are allowed at this time.

    • Telehealth Services: Our Physical Therapists are now providing Telehealth services to evaluate and treat new and existing patients in the comfort of their home.

    • Medicare e-visits: Our Physical Therapists are now providing electronic video services for existing Medicare patients that are not able to attend in clinic.

We encourage everyone to stay vigilant and take proper precautions to maintain the health and well-being of themselves and their families.
